Our family-run company has been in operation for over 25 years and we pride ourselves in providing well-maintained and reasonably priced rental units.

Currently we do not have any homes for sale. Dogwood Manor is a wooded community with close access to Holland, Zeeland and the Lake Michigan shore line. Residents enjoy large wooded lots in a country setting. The city of Fennville offers shopping, banking, restaurants, churches, and malls. An added bonus of the big city amenities are only a 30 minute drive away! Lots are large enough for single or multi-section homes.
